Milo’s Tea is a tea manufacturer that has opened a facility in Spartanburg, SC with office and factory spaces. Spectrum Interiors’ exterior work included cold formed framing and sheathing. The metal framed walls were insulated with Sound Batt and finalized with drywall and standard finishing. This site also features soffits and FRP. It was a pleasure to work with Brasfield & Gorrie on this project.
