Scope of Work:
Spectrum Interiors recently completed approximately 54,000 square feet of heated core and shell space across seven buildings. The largest building will be the future home of Old Mecklenburg Brewery. This project also included 27,000 square feet of ArmorWall CI exterior sheathing on four of the Ballantyne buildings.
We are grateful to be have been a part of another outstanding project with our friends at Rodgers Builders and to continue making an impact in the Charlotte, NC area.
