Scope of Work:
Caldwell Constructors enlisted our team to craft a modern workspace in Greenville, SC. The exterior framework was built using cold formed framing and sheathing with a clean, contemporary design. Inside, metal framing is the foundation for the walls and ceilings, with soffits integrated throughout. The walls were completed with Sound Batt insulation, drywall, standard finishing, and door frames. This building features floating drywall ceilings, adding dimension and visual interest to the interior. We are grateful for this collaboration with Caldwell Constructors.
