Scope of Work:
Our team is proud to have completed the Cherokee Commerce Center located in Gaffney, SC. Spectrum Interiors provided the strong exterior foundation through cold formed framing, sheathing, and Tyvek water barrier. This strength continues into the interior with the installation of metal framed walls. These walls were layered with Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing. The ceilings feature drywall with soffits installed throughout. Our team applied the finishing touches with door frames and FRP panels. It was another great project completed with Conlan Construction.
