Clemson Alumni and Visitors Center

Clemson University has opened their new 98,000 square foot Alumni and Visitors Center set along Lake Hartwell. Spectrum Interiors completed many different aspects of work with exterior and interior scopes. Cold formed exterior framing and exterior sheathing contributed to the structural needs of the site. The metal framed walls were completed with Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and finishing. The metal framed ceilings were finalized with a mix of tile and drywall. This project included wood ceiling panels, acoustical wall panels, FRP panels, and wood baffles as finishing touches. Some specific highlights of this site are the radius walls and soffits our team accomplished. It was a pleasure to work with Brasfield & Gorrie on this project.
