Watts Hall – Davidson College

Spectrum Interiors completed the exterior and interior components of Watts Hall at Davidson College in North Carolina. Cold formed exterior framing, exterior sheathing, and water barrier make up the exterior work. The interior work included metal framed walls and ceilings. The walls were completed with Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and finishing. Other specific features of this project were shaftwalls, door frame installation, and soffits. It was a pleasure to work with Rodgers Builders on this project.
