Scope of Work:
Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on the Elliott Davis tenant upfit located in downtown Greenville, SC. The project involved 75,000 SF of interior upfit work on three floors of a new shell building at Falls St and Japanese Dogwood Lane. Our scope on the project included Interior Metal Framing, Insulation, Hanging and Finishing of the Gypsum Wall Package, and Acoustical Ceilings. Spectrum also provided structural framing for the new monumental staircase that is a highlight of the project design. It was a pleasure partnering with Brasfield & Gorrie Construction on this project and we look forward to working with them in the very near future.
