Encompass health rehabilitation center

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility located in Irmo, SC. This project showcases Spectrum Interiors’ expertise across both exterior and interior scopes. The building envelope was constructed using engineered cold formed exterior framing and exterior sheathing to create a durable, long-lasting structure. Inside, the facility features metal framed walls and ceilings with Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and both standard and Level 5 finishing to meet the performance and aesthetic demands of a modern healthcare environment. Additional architectural details include soffits, door frame installations, metal ceiling panels, drywall ceilings, specialty ceiling products, and ACT ceilings that complement the facility’s clean, functional design. FRP panels were incorporated throughout select areas to provide enhanced durability and ease of maintenance. It was a pleasure to work with our friends at Brasfield & Gorrie on this project.
