GSP parking garage

GSP Airport Parking Garage and Rental Car Facility is a functional expansion at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport that enhances both parking capacity and the traveler experience. Spectrum Interiors completed a wide range of exterior and interior scopes, beginning with engineered cold formed exterior framing, exterior sheathing, and building envelope systems to create a durable, long-lasting structure. Inside, the facility features metal framed walls and ceilings, shaftwall systems, door frame installations, Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and finished wall and ceiling systems throughout. ACT ceilings and specialty ceiling products complement architectural features such as soffits and wood panel ceilings, while Topakustik sound panels in the rental car lobby provide enhanced acoustical performance and a refined aesthetic. FRP panels were incorporated in designated areas to provide long-term durability in high-traffic spaces. It was a pleasure to work with Brasfield & Gorrie on this project.
