Scope of Work:
Kitchen Sync has opened a second location on the Eastside of Greer, SC with the help of Spectrum Interiors. Our team used cold formed exterior framing and exterior sheathing to transform the facade for a new beginning. Tyvek water barrier protects and adds to the strength of this exterior. The walls are a mix of wood and metal framing to meet the unique needs of each area. Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing complete these walls with FRP panels placed in key areas. Soffits and door frames are installed throughout for visual and structural purposes. It was a great project completed with Cely Construction.
