Spectrum Interiors is proud to have completed a new office for NC&E Electrical Contractors in Greenville, SC. The exterior was crafted with cold formed framing and sheathing. The interior structure features metal framed walls that make up offices and workspaces. The walls contain Sound Batt and rigid insulation to meet the needs of each area. Drywall and standard finishing complete the interior walls. The ceilings were constructed with metal framing and drywall. Soffits were incorporated throughout the site for functional and aesthetic purposes. It was a great project completed with Mavin Construction.
