Park 37 – Building 700

Spectrum Interiors is proud to have completed the interior upfit of Building 700 at Park 37, a corporate park. Our team’s exterior scope included cold formed exterior framing and sheathing. The interior walls include metal framing, Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing. The walls also feature Fry Reglet finishable reveals and finishable outside corner wallpaper trim. Soffits were installed to finalize the space. It was a pleasure to work with Dovetail Construction on this project.
