Project Sunny Slope is a 1,401,265 square foot facility serves as a warehouse and office building for the DHL logistics company located in Cowpens, SC. Spectrum’s scope of work on this project consisted of Interior Metal Framing, Insulation, Spray Insulation, Drywall Hanging and Finishing, FRP, and Acoustical Ceilings. The project consisted of a main office area with break rooms, two remote offices, and two remote bathrooms. Many thanks to the General Contractor Evans General contractors and their amazing team.
