Rolling Green Village Commons Building

Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on the Rolling Green Village Commons Building. Our scope on the immaculate 47,592 sq ft project included Interior and Exterior Metal Framing, Fireproofing, Insulation, Hanging and Finishing of the Gypsum Wall Package, FRP, and Acoustical and Specialty Ceilings. The Specialty Ceilings included Linear Veneered Planks up the walls with a radius transition to the ceiling of the lounge area, we also installed a Wood Grille Ceiling over the main dining room tucked withing soffits. It was a pleasure partnering with Mavin Construction on this project and we look forward to working with them in the very near future.
