Wofford University – Richardson building

General Contractor:
Robins & Morton

Scope of Work:

Wofford University invested in its Richardson Building that houses their Football program on the first floor as well as other team sports and offices on the 2nd floor. The first floor consisted of a strategic remodel to improve their rehabilitation area with an advanced hydrotherapy room, X ray room, and various other sports medicine units to enhance their treatment and prevention of injuries for their student athletes.

The second-floor remodel focused on added additional storage and updating the lounge areas.  These upgrades are another step in Wofford’s investment in its successful collegiate programs.  Spectrum Interiors is proud to have been a part of this project.
