We have been awarded the Broadview Condominiums in Greenville, SC. This project comprises a 31,015 SF Parking Garage, allowing for 71 Parking Spaces. The project spans three garage levels with five floors of Residential Living Space above, totaling 78,613 SF for all 38 Multi-Family Units.      

Our scope of work on the project will include providing & installing all load-bearing framing for Interior and exterior walls. (Shear Walls, Floor/Roof Trusses along with Decking, Light Gauge Metal Infill Framing) insulation, drywall hanging & finishing, and exterior Sheathing. We are grateful to be a part of another outstanding project with our friends at Triangle Construction and look forward to updating our progress as we go!
