Construction is moving forward at Douthit Hills!

Progress Report

We’re excited to be back in Tiger territory, working alongside Holder Construction to expand Clemson University’s residential community and create room for more students to call campus home.

Our team is contributing to multiple phases of the project, from engineered exterior framing, light gauge metal trusses, and exterior sheathing to interior metal framing, insulation, and commercial drywall. As the building continues to take shape, our scope also includes shaftwall systems, soffits, ACT ceilings, drywall ceilings, FRP panels, and EIFS/stucco exterior finishes.

With more than 300 new beds planned ahead of the 2027 academic year, this expansion will help meet the growing needs of the Clemson community. We’re proud to play a part in bringing this addition to life and look forward to sharing more progress as work continues!
