Two Morgan Square is the site of an interior upfit completed by our team. Spectrum Interiors brought this space to life with metal framing in the walls and ceilings. Our team used Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing to complete. Soffits were installed to bring visual appeal to this project. It was a great collaboration with J. Davis Construction.
Buildings Two and Three of the corporate park Harbinger had interior upfits completed with the help of our team. The spaces were transformed with metal framing and filled in with Sound Batt insulation. The walls were completed with the installation of drywall and finishing, with Level 5 finishing in special areas. Door frames were added as the final touch to this improved project. Our team is proud to have completed the Cherokee Commerce Center located in Gaffney, SC. Kitchen Sync has opened a second location on the Eastside of Greer, SC with the help of Spectrum Interiors. Our team used cold formed exterior framing and exterior sheathing to transform the facade for a new beginning. Tyvek water barrier protects and adds to the strength of this exterior. The walls are a mix of wood and metal framing to meet the unique needs of each area. Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing complete these walls with FRP panels placed in key areas. Within each X-ray room, Spectrum Interiors added lead-lined drywall. The rooms were finalized with standard finishing and FRP panels in key locations. RealtyLink constructed a new warehouse development in Greenville, SC on Donaldson Rd. Spectrum Interiors completed an interior upfit of this space. Stella’s Restaurant Group has opened Rôtie, a French rotisserie restaurant in Mauldin, SC. Located at Bridgeway Station, Rôtie underwent an interior upfit with the help of our team. This improved space has a strong base with metal framed walls and ceilings. These walls contain layers of Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing for a fresh setting. Spectrum Interiors integrated door frames, soffits, and FRP panels to serve functional purposes while maintaining the refined atmosphere.
