Spectrum Interiors completed a showroom for Vic Bailey Mazda in Spartanburg, SC. This display space is surrounded by metal framing, layered with Sound Batt insulation and drywall. These walls were completed with standard finishing to provide a clean background. Our team installed door frames as the final touch for the space.It was a great project with Choate Construction.
Our team is proud to have completed work at Fifth Third Park, home to the minor league baseball team the Spartanburgers, in downtown Spartanburg. Cold-formed exterior framing and exterior sheathing were used to build a strong, enduring envelope. The exterior was reinforced with durable fiber cement siding for a weather resistant finish. The interior was constructed with metal framed walls and ceilings throughout, incorporating shaftwall systems and soffits for support and visual appeal. Our team utilized two types of insulation, Sound Batt and rigid, to match the acoustical and thermal needs of each space. Drywall was installed on both walls and ceilings with the addition of FRP panels in areas like kitchens and bathrooms. It was a pleasure to work with our friends at Robins & Morton.
Our team completed the exterior shell and interior upfit of Rexroth, a Bosch company, in Pineville, NC. The exterior was built using cold formed exterior framing, exterior sheathing, and water barrier for a strong structure. The interior walls are constructed with metal framing, Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing. The ceilings are also metal framing and finished with drywall. This building also features security mesh and ballistic board. It was a pleasure to work with The Conlan Company on this project.

Prestige Subaru of Asheville was a great project that combined many areas of our scope of work. Spectrum Interiors constructed the exterior envelope with cold formed framing and sheathing, providing a strong foundation for the interior scope. Within the metal framed walls and ceilings, our team built shaftwalls and soffits to combine functional uses with architectural design. Sound Batt insulation was installed throughout with drywall and Level 5 finishing for a flawless appearance. Woodland Elementary School has completed an expansion of the school, located in Greenville County School District in Greer, SC. The structual additions were performed through cold formed exterior framing and sheathing. Within the structural envelope, interior walls were constructed with metal framing, Sound batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing. The metal framed ceilings were finished with drywall and ACT grid with Axiom trim. A number of specialty products were used throughout this project including Woodworks veneer on ceilings and Tectum acoustical panels on walls. AVL Diffusers and acoustical baffles are featured in ceiling grid and as wall panels. We are proud to have partnered with Vannoy Construction on another project.
McAlister’s Deli has opened a location in Duncan, SC. Spectrum Interiors brought this interior upfit to life with expertly constructed metal framed walls, layered with Sound Batt insulation, drywall, and standard finishing.
