Mint Museum Uptown (Levine Center for the Arts) is located in Charlotte, NC. This 165,000 SF new museum is the 35th-largest accredited museum in the nation, including exhibition, educational, administrative and support space to display and store collections of American, European, Contemporary Art and Craft + Design collections. There are four passenger elevators, one service elevator and one freight elevator, four levels of stacked escalators, pre-finished wood ceilings, hardwood flooring and a 240-seat auditorium and a museum shop. The museum includes a computer system for children to create digital art, displayed on a 20-foot by 37-foot LED screen on the exterior of the Knight Theater for viewing from the street.
The Audi Dealership is a new automobile dealership located in Greenville, SC. This approximately 30,000 SF building showcases Spectrum’s detailed workmanship in building numerous radius walls and soffits. Spectrum provided the interior and exterior metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
The Tucker Student Center is located on the Gardner Webb University campus in Boiling Springs, NC. This 114,000 SF facility, spanning three floors, features several themed restaurants, a coffee shop, multiple study lounges with indoor/outdoor fireplaces on each level, game and billiards room, activity spaces, a movie theater, classrooms, campus art gallery, a three-story climbing wall and Stewart Hall – a large 500 seat lecture and event hall, that includes the largest operable Skyfold system in NC. The student center offers convenient access to nearly every student life resource.
This new 55,000 SF church is located in Greer, SC. The church contains a worship area, raised structural platform, classrooms, kitchen, choir rooms, administrative offices and lobby.
