We proudly announce that we have begun work on South & Hollis, a 310-unit multifamily development project with 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail in Charlotte’s highly desirable LOSO (Lower South End) submarket, NC.

The development will include a game room, club room, workstations, fitness center, an outdoor courtyard with cabanas, a pool, and a dog park.

Spectrum Interiors is proud to provide our complete drywall package on 1st floor. For the upper residential space, we provided the complete interior drywall scope.
