Spectrum Spotlight – Middle Tyger Education Center
What started as Project Greenhouse has officially taken shape as the Middle Tyger Education Center in Duncan, SC.

Spectrum Spotlight
We’re proud to showcase the completed project and the many layers of craftsmanship that brought this space from infrastructure to finished environment.
Our team’s work began with engineered cold formed exterior framing and sheathing before moving inside to a comprehensive interior scope. Metal framed walls and ceilings, Sound Batt insulation, shaftwall systems, and commercial drywall established the foundation of the space, while door frame installations, soffits, ACT ceilings, and drywall ceilings added structure and definition throughout. Standard and Level 5 finishing techniques brought a clean, refined appearance to the completed interiors.
The finished space is elevated by a collection of specialty architectural features, including wood ceiling panels, acoustical clouds, acoustical baffles, and specialty wall products. FRP panels provide added durability in select areas, while the combination of texture, acoustics, and architectural detail creates an engaging environment built for learning and connection.
We’re proud to see Project Greenhouse come full circle as the Middle Tyger Education Center and grateful to have played a role in bringing this new educational space to life.
