Spectrum Start – We’re excited to return to the home of the Tigers as work begins on the expansion of the Douthit Hills residential community at Clemson University. This addition, scheduled for completion before the 2027 academic year, will bring more than 300 new beds to campus, supporting the continued growth of the Clemson community.
