Project Sunny Slope is a 1,401,265 square foot facility serves as a warehouse and office building for the DHL logistics company located in Cowpens, SC. Spectrum’s scope of work on this project consisted of Interior Metal Framing, Insulation, Spray Insulation, Drywall Hanging and Finishing, FRP, and Acoustical Ceilings. The project consisted of a main office area with break rooms, two remote offices, and two remote bathrooms. Many thanks to the General Contractor Evans General contractors and their amazing team.
Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on the Rolling Green Village Commons Building. Our scope on the immaculate 47,592 sq ft project included Interior and Exterior Metal Framing, Fireproofing, Insulation, Hanging and Finishing of the Gypsum Wall Package, FRP, and Acoustical and Specialty Ceilings. The Specialty Ceilings included Linear Veneered Planks up the walls with a radius transition to the ceiling of the lounge area, we also installed a Wood Grille Ceiling over the main dining room tucked withing soffits. It was a pleasure partnering with Mavin Construction on this project and we look forward to working with them in the very near future.
Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on The Woodlands at Furman Retirement Community in Greenville, SC just outside the beautiful campus of Furman University. Our scope on the project included Interior Metal Framing, Insulation, Hanging and Finishing of the Gypsum Wall Package, and Acoustical Ceilings. Spectrum also provided a custom Calla ceiling tile and an Armstrong ACOUSTIBuilt Seamless Acoustical Ceiling System. Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on the Elliott Davis tenant upfit located in downtown Greenville, SC. The project involved 75,000 SF of interior upfit work on three floors of a new shell building at Falls St and Japanese Dogwood Lane. Our scope on the project included Interior Metal Framing, Insulation, Hanging and Finishing of the Gypsum Wall Package, and Acoustical Ceilings. Spectrum also provided structural framing for the new monumental staircase that is a highlight of the project design. The Residences at Camperdown project in Greenville, SC, consists of a 10-story, 217-unit residential tower. The Camperdown Residences features one-, two-, three-room luxury apartment homes, retail stores, and a roof lounging area.
We are very proud to be a part of this staple in the Downtown Greenville Skyline. This building is extremely immaculate in structure, design and overall concept of its amenities. We would like to thank Brasfield & Gorrie and the entire Spectrum team that made this project such a success.
About the Project: Clemson University expanded its nursing program with an investment in a four-story, 78,255 sqft facility on GHS’ Greenville Memorial Campus in Greenville, SC. The new Clemson school of nursing is a state-of-the-art nursing training center.
In addition to framing and drywall scope, the entire 78,255 sq foot building. Spectrum helped create a state-of-the-art assimilation and skills labs inside the school. These skills labs will provide the students with a hospital-like environment. Complete with virtual reality IV simulators and high-fidelity human patient simulators, classrooms, and offices.
Spectrum worked on the state-of-the-art learning areas inside, such as classrooms and media halls. From unique acoustic panels to the acoustic ceiling, Spectrum helped provide the very best learning environment possible.
The Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment (FUSE) District, located in Gastonia, North Carolina, is a 134,399 square foot facility that will serve as a 5,000 seat entertainment venue.
The stadium is home to the Gastonia Honey Hunters, the latest team to join the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB).
The Blake at Hollingsworth Park is a 88,000 square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Greenville, South Carolina. With 68 assisted living and 33 memory care suites in a range of flexible floor plans, the Blake at Hollingsworth Park also features a movie theater, salon, dining room, activity room, physical therapy clinic, and two enclosed courtyards for residents to enjoy. It was a pleasure to partner with Frampton Construction Company and help them deliver another phenomenal project.
The 126-room Cambria Hotel in Greenville, South Carolina, is a four-story, 75,000 square foot hotel that includes an on-site fitness center, 1,486 square feet of meeting area, a restaurant/bar, and an outdoor pool with a sundeck.
