Broad View is the newest condominium in downtown Greenville, SC. Spectrum completed the building envelope and exterior framing. Our team also installed interior metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings as a part of the interior upfit. It was a pleasure to work with Triangle Construction on this project.
Spectrum is proud to have completed Duck Donuts located in Greenville, SC. This site features metal framed walls completed with drywall, Sound Batt insulation, and FRP. Our work also included installing acoustical ceilings and soffits to finish off this job. It was a pleasure to work with Dovetail Construction on this project.
The Simpsonville Municipal Complex is comprised of multiple sites for the City of Simpsonville including the city hall/police department, fire department, and two service buildings. The site also includes a new Greenville County Summary Court. Spectrum Interiors was a part of the construction of these buildings as well as the renovation of the Simpsonville Arts Center.
Spectrum completed interior metal framed walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, and drywall. We also installed acoustical wall panels and Sound Batt insulation. The buildings feature many angled soffits and cold formed exterior framing.

Spectrum Interiors completed an upfit for Lenscrafters located in Mooresville, NC. This space required installation of ACT ceilings, drywall, insulation, and metal framed walls. It was a pleasure to work with Terry Adams, Inc. on this project.
Gastroenterology Associates located on Augusta Road in Greenville, SC is a medical office building at approximently 24,000 sqft spanning over 2 floors. Spectrum completed exterior and interior metal framing, insulation, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. Our team incorportated specialty TURF ceilings and wall treatments. It was a pleasure to work with Caldwell Constructors on this project.
Poe Mill Sound Studio is a 3,500 sqft recording and entertaining space with a 100-person listening room, practice areas, and podcast and recording studios located in Greenville, SC. Spectrum completed metal and wood framed walls and ceilings. Specialty acoustic gaskets, ceilings panels, and wall panels were installed throughout the structure. Stretch fabric walls were placed at sound reduction areas of recording studios. It was a pleasure to work with Marsh Bell on this project.
The Millennium ASC project consists of 1 level totaling 24,375 SF. The project includes six operating rooms, decontamination and sterile supply workroom, pre-op and post-op rooms, as well as consultation rooms and locker rooms. Spectrum’s scope of work included Exterior Framing, Sheathing, Interior Metal Framing, GWB Ceilings, Drywall, Insulation, and ACT Ceilings. Spectrum was proud to be a part of this project with Vannoy Construction.
The Gibson Retail project, located in Fort Mill, SC, consists of a shell space totaling 11,130 SF. The space will be home to future businesses Firebirds-Wood Fired Grill, Biscuit Belly, a Salon, and a Retail Store. Spectrum’s scope of work included Exterior Framing and Sheathing, Partial and Full Height Walls, Soffits, Insulation and Drywall. The exterior detail and multiple wall/parapet heights made this project unique. Spectrum is proud to have partnered with Myers & Chapman on this project.
Spectrum was proud to be a part of the new Tyger River Elementary School in Duncan, SC. The 118,000 SF school will house students kindergarten through 5th grade. Our scope of work included exterior/interior metal framing, exterior sheathing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and tectum panels. It was a great project completed with Thompson Turner Construction and LS3P Architects.
Spectrum Interiors was excited to be a part of the Achara Vet project on Stone Avenue in Greenville, SC. It involved a 5,000 SF renovation to change an existing office into a veterinarian clinic.
