Spectrum recently completed the Bank of Travelers Rest Bank Headquarters project located at 42 Plaza Dr. in Travelers Rest, SC. The addition, a 2-story office building consists of corporate office space. Connected to this structure is the existing HQ building where some renovations took place. The new space will be approximately 11,456 SF. Our scope of work on the project included providing & installing cold formed exterior framing and sheathing, drywall, light gauge metal trusses, insulation and acoustical ceiling, and a specialty wood ceiling in the boardroom. We are grateful to be a part of another outstanding project with our friends at Caldwell Constructors.
Greene Finney Cauley, LLP

Spectrum Interiors recently completed two floors of interior drywall, finishing, and ACT ceilings totaling approximately 9,800 square feet of new office space. The office building will serve as the new location for Greene Finney Cauley accounting firm.

Spectrum Interiors recently completed approximately 54,000 square feet of heated core and shell space across seven buildings. The largest building will be the future home of Old Mecklenburg Brewery. This project also included 27,000 square feet of ArmorWall CI exterior sheathing on four of the Ballantyne buildings.

CaroMont Health
CaroMont Health vertical expansion

Scope of Work:
Spectrum Interiors recently completed a vertical expansion to Caromont Health in Gastonia, North Carolina.
This project was a vertical expansion of the existing hospital from two to six stories. Floors 4,5 and 6 were upfitted to approximately 25,000 SF of patient rooms and treatment areas. In addition, two six-story towers were created, including elevators, lobbies, office space, and an elevated pedestrian bridge connecting the new addition with the existing hospital.
Our scope of work included exterior metal stud framing, Armorwall exterior sheathing, Interior metal framing, gypsum hanging and finishing, acoustical ceilings, specialty wood ceilings, and insulation.
It was a pleasure partnering with Robins & Morton on this project, and we look forward to working with them again in the near future.
AnMed Health Renovations
Renovations of AnMed Health in Anderson, SC

Scope of Work:
Spectrum Interiors recently completed renovations to AnMed Health’s Main campus in Anderson, South Carolina.
This project comprised more than 100,000 SF of renovations to the Emergency Department and created a new Labor Delivery Unit, including a dedicated surgical suite for labor and delivery.
Our scope of work included metal stud framing, gypsum hanging and finishing, acoustical ceilings, specialty wood ceilings, and insulation.
It was a pleasure partnering with Brasfield and Gorrie on this project, and we look forward to working with them in the near future.
The First Presbyterian Church – Expansion & Renovation

Scope of Work:
Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on First Presbyterian Church – Expansion and Renovation in Greenville, SC.
This project consisted of 71,300 SF of new build to include an auditorium/sanctuary, youth program area, lounge areas, an intersection café on the ground floor, a gathering space, a vineyard, a gymnasium on the main floor, and a gallery on the upper floor. This build also included multiple renovations to the existing structure on all three floors to create new/updated classrooms, choir rooms, gathering areas, nurseries, and offices.
Our scope of work included CFMF of exterior walls, bleachers, risers, and stages throughout, LGMF of interior walls, batt insulation / 4” black acoustical board on auditorium ceiling, drywall hanging & finishing, ACT ceilings, supercluster acoustical ceiling clouds, composition decorative ceiling clouds, and exterior aluminum wood look ceilings.
It was a pleasure partnering with Triangle Construction on this project, and we look forward to working with them in the near future.

Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on Charlotte Christian Upper School.
Our scope on the two-floor, 31,000 SF addition included Metal framing, Drywall, Insulation, Exterior Sheathing, GWB soffits, and TURF tile/acoustic wall panels.

Spectrum Interiors recently completed work on a new location for the downtown Greenville upscale restaurant, Larkin’s. Our scope on the new restaurant included metal framing, insulation, commercial drywall, acoustical ceilings, and specialty wood ceiling panels. Specialty interior finishes, including Acoustibuilt drywall ceilings, and the Arktura Soft Span Ceiling System.
